We all desire to have the perfect Christmas…and that may mean different things to different people. For some it is simply getting together with family and friends to enjoy each other’s company and draw closer to those that we love. For others it is about the decorations and the traditions of Christmas. For still others it may be about the wonder and excitement of Christmas miracles, real or imagined.
Whatever the Perfect Christmas looks like for you, we need to remember that the first Christmas was anything but perfect for those involved. It was lonely, scary, inconvenient, and downright dangerous for Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus. God used some pretty imperfect circumstances to work out his perfect will and plan, and we are all filled with joy and hope because he did. God still uses the imperfection in our lives to bring about his perfect will. Join us as we uncover the details of “the Imperfect Christmas” starting Sunday December 3rd, 2017!
